Brothers Lyle and Neal Haas helped build this facility over 40 years ago and were honored to be offered the opportunity to take the reins from the original owners and close family friends, Harold and Rosina Pacheco Downing.

Our story is deeply intertwined with the history of this region. Rosina Pacheco Downing was a proud member of the Pacheco family, recognized as one of the original families to settle in Santa Fe. For centuries, the Pacheco family has contributed to the fabric of this city, and that long-standing history of hard work and integrity is the foundation of everything we do today. Harold and Rosina’s legacy lives on with Los Hermanos Storage on Pacheco Street today.
